PLEASE NOTE: Given the nature of the law, it is extremely difficult to accurately and adequately answer questions posed in an e-mail message. It is much better to schedule a consultation and allow me to ask pertinent questions that will help lead to the best answer and to best assess your personal situation. "Simple" questions, of course, can be answered by e-mail. You must indicate in your e-mail the county and state where you are living or, if you are a creditor, where the bankruptcy case was filed. Answers to most questions depend on State law and at times, local rules.
