Scheduling a Consultation
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a consultation with me! To prepare for and schedule an appointment, please select one of the options A-D below based on your circumstances:
A. You are an individual (or married couple) seeking information on possibly filing a bankruptcy case. This includes those who are self-employed and have their own business.
B. You are an authorized representative of a corporation, LLC, or partnership seeking information on possibly filing a bankruptcy case for your company/entity.
C. You are a creditor of someone who filed a bankruptcy case or you are being pursued by a bankruptcy trustee to return money. OR
D. You have general bankruptcy questions and you do not fall into one of the above categories.
Please note: This is a secure server and all data that you submit is encrypted, confidential, and safe.
I understand and sympathize with how anxious many of you are to look into the possibility of filing bankruptcy and how this is the last thing you wanted to do. I respect that you have taken this step and I take your financial situation seriously
The purpose
of
the consultation is for me to discuss your situation with you and,
based on information you provide to me, determine if bankruptcy is your
best solution.
I will explain
to you the costs and benefits of doing so, provide you
a fee quote, and explain the different options available to you.
Therefore, in order to accurately assess your situation, it is important for you to complete all of my forms accurately and completely before we have our consult.
You can either:
(1) Fill out the forms online (and just hit submit), or
(2) Print, then fill them out (and mail/fax to my office).
I promise to make the entire process
as comfortable, friendly, and easy-to-understand as possible.
No Obligation: Having the consultation and
completing the forms does not obligate you to do anything,
including filing bankruptcy.
